Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage the front desk operations efficiently, including check-ins, check-outs, and handling payments.
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally, taking accurate messages and reservations.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and transportation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby area at all times.
- Handle basic customer service issues with patience and a problem-solving mindset.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and grooming standards.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Strong computer proficiency and attention to detail.
- Previous hospitality experience is a plus but NOT required for this entry-level position. We are happy to train the right candidate!
