Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Process and manage reservations and guest inquiries via phone and online platforms.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and lobby.
- Assist guests with local recommendations, directions, and special requests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; GED preferred.
- No prior experience necessary – we train motivated candidates.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and grooming standards.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office or property management systems.
