Responsibilities
- Supervise weekend front desk, housekeeping, and valet operations
- Train and mentor new staff on service standards
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Manage inventory and supply ordering for weekend shifts
- Coordinate with department heads for seamless operations
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene protocols
- Prepare shift reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- 2+ years hotel supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Valid Michigan Food Handler's Certificate
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven track record of guest satisfaction
