- Guest Services: Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Communication: Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, directing inquiries to the appropriate department or staff member.
- Front Desk Maintenance: Keep the reception area tidy, organized, and professionally presentable at all times.
- Information Desk: Assist guests with local directions, recommendations, and general information about our facilities.
- Problem Solving: Address guest concerns and complaints with patience, empathy, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Administrative Support: Sort and distribute mail/packages, and perform light clerical duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Attitude: A positive, outgoing, and professional demeanor is essential.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Experience: No prior hospitality experience is necessary; we train our own!
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate amounts of weight.
