The Role:
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire stay. While prior experience is a plus, it is not mandatory; we provide comprehensive training for the right candidate. If you have a friendly demeanor and a passion for hospitality, we want to meet you.

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in process.
- Manage the front desk operations efficiently, including answering phones and responding to emails.
- Assist guests with check-out procedures and process payments accurately.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and lobby.
- Perform light administrative duties and data entry as required.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we value potential and attitude over history.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
