Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out processes while maintaining accuracy in reservation systems
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and local expertise about Nashville attractions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for room readiness and issue resolution
- Process payments and manage billing discrepancies with attention to detail
- Uphold brand standards through exceptional service and proactive problem-solving
- Maintain security protocols for guest data and key systems
- Participate in daily briefings and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in hospitality or retail
- Proficiency with PMS systems (Opera, Delphi) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean driving record (for hotel errands)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
