Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently using hotel management software.
- Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, answering inquiries and resolving issues.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with accuracy.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Assist guests with directions, local recommendations, and concierge services.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests with patience and professionalism.
