Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests, visitors, and clients entering the facility.
- Front Line Support: Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with accuracy and courtesy.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform basic data entry, manage the reception area, and handle incoming mail and packages.
- Guest Assistance: Assist guests with directions, local recommendations, and any special requests they may have.
- Security & Access: Monitor security systems and manage access logs to ensure the safety and security of the premises.
- General Maintenance: Keep the front desk and lobby areas clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide on-the-job training for candidates with little to no previous front desk experience.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer literacy and comfort with using office software and phone systems.
- Reliability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by business needs.
- Professionalism: A strong work ethic and the ability to maintain confidentiality in sensitive situations.
