Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, handling check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Manage phone inquiries and reservations with accuracy and a friendly tone.
- Resolve guest issues and complaints promptly to ensure a 5-star experience.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area at all times.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent (or currently pursuing).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- A valid driver’s license is preferred.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
