Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently using property management software.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Maintain the lobby area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Handle mail, packages, and overnight deliveries with care.
- Assist guests with local directions, recommendations, and general concierge needs.
- Process payments and resolve minor guest issues promptly.
Qualifications
- No experience required: We provide full training for enthusiastic candidates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
- Proficiency with computers and basic office software.
- A positive, customer-first attitude with a professional appearance.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
