Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently using property management software.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails, responding to inquiries professionally.
- Manage room assignments and handle guest requests, such as housekeeping or maintenance issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby environment.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and mail distribution.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- A professional, neat appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate amounts of luggage (up to 25 lbs).
