Responsibilities
- Check-in guests efficiently and accurately, processing payments and issuing room keys.
- Answer incoming calls, manage correspondence, and respond to guest inquiries promptly.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues with a focus on guest satisfaction and problem-solving.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
- Process check-outs and verify folios for accuracy.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front desk or hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, HotelTech).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A friendly, professional demeanor with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
