Responsibilities
- Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations during the weekend shift to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Manage, train, and mentor a diverse team of front desk agents, housekeeping staff, and culinary team members.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with the highest level of professionalism and empathy.
- Monitor inventory levels and requisition supplies to ensure the property is fully stocked for the weekend rush.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and security protocols at all times.
- Conduct nightly shift handovers to ensure continuity of operations and information transfer.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel management, hospitality supervision, or shift leadership roles is required.
- Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (12-hour shifts preferred).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to lead a team effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Flexibility to work holidays and peak seasons as required by business needs.
