Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized check-in/check-out experiences while managing room assignments efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and empathy
- Process payments, maintain accurate billing records, and manage cash handling procedures
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
- Utilize hotel management software (e.g., Opera) for reservations and guest data management
- Execute upselling strategies for room upgrades and amenities
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 1+ years of customer service or front desk experience in hospitality
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations with attention to detail
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
