Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently using Opera property management system
- Process payments, manage reservations, and resolve billing inquiries
- Act as primary point of contact for guest requests and concerns
- Coordinate with housekeeping, valet, and security teams
- Upsell hotel amenities, dining, and entertainment packages
- Maintain accurate guest records and confidential information
- Handle emergency situations per established protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Nevada gaming work card (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic knowledge of Las Vegas attractions and transportation
