Responsibilities
- Room Preparation: Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standard of cleanliness.
- Guest Experience: Ensure guest amenities are fully stocked and rooms are welcoming and comfortable upon arrival.
- Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the maintenance department immediately.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and linens as needed.
- Uniform & Hygiene: Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to all hotel hygiene and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure every corner is spotless.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable work history.
- Communication: Basic English communication skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
