- Maintain accurate records of guest communications and special requests
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to optimize operations
- Uphold brand standards through attentive service and professional appearance
- Process payments and manage cash drawer with strict adherence to policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 6+ months customer service or front desk experience
- Proficiency with reservation systems (e.g., Opera, RoomRack)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Basic math and computer skills
