Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during check-in, check-out, and throughout guest stays
- Operate hotel management systems and POS terminals efficiently
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness of public areas and guest rooms
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Assist with event setup and special guest requests
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid driver's license (if required for shuttle duties)
