- Provide warm check-in/check-out services using Opera PMS system
- Manage room inventory, reservations, and guest requests
- Resolve guest inquiries with empathy and problem-solving skills
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Execute emergency response protocols
- Upsell hotel amenities and local attractions
- Maintain professional appearance and brand standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Proficiency in hospitality software (Opera, Fidelio)
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends/holidays
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Multilingual abilities (Spanish/Chinese preferred)
- Basic cash handling and POS knowledge
- Ability to stand for extended periods
