Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
- Process guest payments accurately and efficiently using the property management system.
- Provide local recommendations and concierge services to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and front desk area.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly with a positive attitude.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality or front desk operations is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
