Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures with a smile.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, providing accurate information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Assist guests with luggage, directions, and any special requests to ensure a memorable stay.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk lobby area and common spaces.
- Process cash and credit transactions accurately using the hotel Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.
- Stay updated on local events and dining options to provide personalized recommendations to guests.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No prior hospitality experience is required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, as well as lift light objects (up to 20 lbs).
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with smartphones and tablets.
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory.
