Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage and train front desk, housekeeping, and kitchen staff to maintain operational efficiency.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain accurate inventory of hotel supplies and manage budget allocations effectively.
- Enforce all health, safety, and sanitation regulations to ensure a safe environment.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement marketing strategies and promotional events.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement necessary improvements to enhance the overall guest journey.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Hospitality Management is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in hotel operations or luxury hospitality.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
