Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences at check-in/check-out and during interactions
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and common areas with attention to detail
- Operate hotel systems (PMS, POS) with provided training
- Assist with event setup, valet services, and concierge duties
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and professionally
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- No prior hotel experience required – full training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Physical stamina for standing/walking during shifts
