Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences using Opera PMS system
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest requests with precision
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Act as primary brand ambassador through 24/7 guest assistance
- Handle emergency situations following established protocols
- Upsell premium rooms and hotel amenities to enhance revenue
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid Illinois Food Handler's certification preferred
- Fluent English; Spanish proficiency highly valued
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
