Responsibilities
- Provide warm, attentive guest service at the front desk and throughout common areas
- Handle check-in/check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management systems
- Assist with guest inquiries, requests, and issue resolution
- Perform daily housekeeping duties to maintain pristine guest rooms
- Support event setup and breakdown for conferences and special occasions
