Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces according to luxury standards
- Operate industrial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and restock as needed
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards immediately
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and sustainability practices
- Collaborate with overnight security and engineering teams
- Complete detailed room inspections before guest arrivals
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience in hospitality
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Washington State driver's license preferred
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Basic English proficiency required
- Must pass background check and drug screening
