Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet all visitors, clients, and employees warmly upon arrival and manage the lobby area to ensure a professional ambiance.
- Communication: Answer incoming calls with a polite and professional demeanor, redirecting calls to the appropriate departments or taking accurate messages.
- Administrative Support: Handle mail, packages, and deliveries with care; manage the front desk logbook and visitor sign-in procedures.
- Customer Service: Assist guests with inquiries regarding local directions, amenities, and company services.
- Facility Maintenance: Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area, common spaces, and lobby furniture.
- Scheduling: Support the administrative team with basic scheduling assistance and calendar management when needed.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; additional hospitality certification is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and approachable tone.
- Professionalism: Must possess a polished appearance, professional demeanor, and strong time management abilities.
