Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Welcome guests warmly, manage check-ins and check-outs, and ensure a smooth arrival experience.
- Communication: Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and handle inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Administrative Support: Process payments, update guest profiles, and manage reservations using our property management system.
- Front Office Operations: Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and manage the lobby kiosk.
- Problem Solving: Assist guests with directions, local recommendations, and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Attitude: A friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
- Experience: No prior experience required. Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Skills: Basic computer skills (Windows/Mac) and typing proficiency.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects (up to 20 lbs).
- License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
