Responsibilities
- Clean Guest Rooms: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to company standards.
- Bed Making: Change linens, make beds, and ensure all bedding is fresh and neatly arranged.
- Dusting & Vacuuming: Dust furniture, baseboards, and fixtures; vacuum carpets and floors thoroughly.
- Restock Amenities: Replenish toiletries, mini-bar items, and cleaning supplies in guest rooms.
- Maintenance Reporting: Inspect rooms for maintenance issues (leaks, broken furniture) and report them to the maintenance department promptly.
- Door Tagging: Properly hang 'Do Not Disturb' and 'Make Up Room' signs outside guest doors as instructed.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail is essential to ensure every room meets our quality standards.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Communication: Basic English communication skills required for reporting and interactions.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
