Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out processes efficiently.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and face-to-face inquiries with professionalism.
- Handle guest complaints and requests promptly to ensure a 5-star experience.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Process payments accurately and manage hotel accounts and billing.
- Assist with concierge services, including local recommendations and transportation arrangements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with computers and property management software (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate amounts of weight.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
