Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests, checking them in efficiently and checking them out with care.
- Guest Relations: Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
- Phone Management: Answer incoming calls professionally, take accurate messages, and direct calls to the appropriate departments.
- Administrative Support: Manage the front desk switchboard, handle mail, faxes, and distribute messages promptly.
- Room Preparation: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Check-In/Out: Verify guest identities, process payments, and ensure all necessary forms are completed accurately.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are happy to train the right candidate who has a strong desire to learn.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, outgoing, and able to interact positively with a diverse range of people.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency with computers and software (training provided).
- Professionalism: A neat and professional appearance that aligns with our brand standards.
