Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently using our property management system.
- Answer incoming phone calls, respond to emails, and assist with guest inquiries.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Assist guests with directions, local recommendations, and any special requests.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms and common areas are in top condition.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – full training will be provided.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with smartphone applications.
