Responsibilities
- Guest Reception: Greet all visitors and guests warmly and professionally, managing the front desk area with care.
- Communication: Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, directing inquiries to the appropriate department or team member.
- Administrative Support: Handle mail distribution, manage appointment schedules, and perform basic data entry tasks.
- Customer Service: Assist guests with inquiries regarding our services and local area recommendations.
- Facility Maintenance: Monitor the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Issue Resolution: Address any guest concerns or complaints immediately, escalating to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
- Experience: Previous front desk or customer service experience is not required; we will train the right candidate.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and a positive, approachable demeanor.
- Technology: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with standard office software.
- Organization: Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Schedule: Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
