Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue, occupancy rates, and average daily rate (ADR).
- Manage the hotel budget, financial reporting, and forecasting to ensure profitability.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, professional growth, and high morale among staff.
- Ensure the highest standards of guest service and satisfaction through direct engagement and feedback loops.
- Build and maintain relationships with local community leaders, vendors, and partners.
- Enforce strict safety and compliance standards in accordance with local laws and hotel protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management, with a preference for luxury or upscale properties.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven track record of managing P&L, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) such as Opera, Oracle, or Micros.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
