Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, personalized check-in/check-out experiences for all guests
- Manage reservation systems and optimize room assignments
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues
- Upsell resort amenities and special packages
- Maintain immaculate front desk appearance and organization
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera preferred)
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Valid Florida driver's license (for resort shuttle duties)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic foreign language skills (Spanish/French advantageous)
