Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, personalized check-in/check-out experiences for resort guests
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest requests with precision
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly using our 5-star protocol
- Process payments, maintain accurate billing records, and manage cash floats
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Utilize resort management software (Opera) efficiently
- Upsell premium services and local attractions to enhance guest stays
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year luxury hotel or high-end hospitality experience
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in reservation systems (Opera preferred)
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Colorado Springs attractions and activities
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred
- Fluency in English; Spanish a plus
