Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm and professional greeting to all guests and visitors, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable immediately upon arrival.
- Check-In/Out: Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out processes, including verifying identification, processing payments, and issuing key cards.
- Reception Management: Answer multi-line phone systems professionally, transfer calls, and respond to emails and walk-in inquiries in a timely manner.
- Security Oversight: Monitor building access points, manage visitor badges, and ensure the safety and security of all guests and property.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records of guest stays, update reservation systems, and assist with general office filing and data entry.
- Facility Maintenance: Report maintenance issues to management and assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Shift Coverage: Adhere to the shift schedule, including nights and weekends, ensuring seamless coverage during business hours.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required; some college or hospitality training is a plus.
- Experience: Previous front desk or customer service experience is preferred, but we are happy to train motivated entry-level candidates.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in using computers, basic office software (Microsoft Office), and property management systems.
- Availability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Professionalism: Must present a neat and professional appearance at all times.
