Responsibilities
- Greet guests, visitors, and clients with a warm, welcoming smile and professional demeanor.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering phones, routing calls, and transferring inquiries.
- Monitor and manage the lobby area to ensure it remains clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures for guests using hotel management software.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
- Perform light administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining attendance records.
- Resolve basic customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to the management team immediately.
Qualifications
