Key Duties
Your primary focus will be on guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. You will manage the front desk, oversee housekeeping coordination, and handle any guest inquiries or special requests with grace and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily hotel operations on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
- Manage front desk operations, including efficient check-ins, check-outs, and reservation management.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure all rooms meet luxury standards.
- Handle guest complaints and special requests with empathy and prompt resolution.
- Monitor security protocols and emergency procedures to ensure a safe environment.
- Assist in inventory management and cost control for weekend operations.
- Train and mentor weekend staff to ensure consistent service quality.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel management or hospitality supervisory roles.
- Strong knowledge of property management systems (e.g., Opera, Skyhotel).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven ability to lead a team and resolve conflicts effectively.
