Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using the Property Management System (PMS).
- Answer incoming calls and manage the switchboard with a professional demeanor.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly to ensure 5-star service.
- Monitor lobby areas to ensure a clean and welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist with mail, packages, and luggage for guests.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front desk or hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel software.
- Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Professional appearance and grooming standards.
