Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during overnight hours, including check-ins and check-outs
- Monitor hotel security and respond to guest requests promptly
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of common areas

- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for smooth operations
- Assist with emergency procedures and incident documentation
- Prepare daily reports for management review
Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
