Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations efficiently, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process for all guests.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, managing requests, and resolving issues with a positive attitude.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails promptly, maintaining a professional communication standard.
- Monitor building access and security, ensuring all protocols are followed during assigned shifts.
- Assist in the organization and maintenance of the front lobby area, ensuring it remains clean and welcoming.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately and securely.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a hospitality or front desk role is preferred.
- Proficient in using computer systems, such as Microsoft Office and Property Management Software (PMS).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
