Responsibilities

  • Guest Relations: Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process, including handling payments and processing reservations efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk or guest services role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required; experience in a luxury hotel setting is a plus.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (e.g., Opera, Micros) is highly desirable.
