Responsibilities
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Manage high-volume phone lines and email inquiries with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Process various payment types and reconcile daily financial transactions.
- Maintain a pristine and organized front desk and lobby area at all times.
- Assist guests with local recommendations, directions, and special requests.
- Monitor security systems and ensure the safety and security of the property.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or front desk operations is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (e.g., Opera, Micros) is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Must possess a professional appearance and a positive attitude.
