Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management software.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, responding to inquiries regarding reservations and hotel amenities.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, front desk area, and common spaces.
- Handle guest complaints or requests with patience and professionalism, escalating issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and high-quality service standards.
- Process payments and manage petty cash accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in the hospitality or customer service industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- A professional appearance and a positive, friendly attitude.
