Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures with precision and warmth
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Process reservations and room assignments efficiently
- Maintain accurate guest records using PMS software
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experience
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with Opera or other property management systems
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Texas Food Handler certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
