As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire stay. You will manage guest arrivals and departures, handle inquiries with grace, and ensure that every visitor feels valued and well taken care of. Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk service by warmly greeting guests and checking them in efficiently using our property management system.
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and reservations with professionalism and accuracy.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly, escalating issues to management when necessary to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining the lobby area to ensure a pristine environment.
- Process payments, manage folios, and prepare accurate daily reports.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and ensure room readiness.
- Uphold the hotel's security protocols and emergency procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; prior experience in hospitality is a plus but not mandatory for our entry-level program.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse clientele.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (e.g., Opera, FrontDesk) is highly desirable.
- A friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate amounts of weight (up to 20 lbs).
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
