We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their arrival and departure are seamless, memorable, and exceed expectations.

Responsibilities
- Execute check-in and check-out procedures efficiently while verifying guest identities and collecting payments.
- Respond to guest inquiries regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Handle guest complaints and requests immediately, escalating complex issues to the Front Office Manager when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Property Management System (PMS) regarding guest profiles, reservations, and charges.
- Assist in the coordination of special events, VIP arrivals, and group check-ins to ensure a personalized experience.
- Uphold the highest standards of appearance and conduct in accordance with the hotelβs brand image and grooming policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality or customer service certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in front desk operations, guest services, or a related hospitality role.
- Proficiency in using hotel property management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio) and Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a genuine ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure during peak check-in times.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
