Responsibilities
- Manage the Front Desk: Serve as the first point of contact for guests and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere at all times.
- Communication: Answer incoming phone calls with a friendly voice, take accurate messages, and transfer calls to the appropriate department.
- Administrative Support: Handle mail distribution, package logging, and basic data entry with precision and confidentiality.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Assist with managing calendars and scheduling appointments as needed.
- Customer Service: Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Facility Maintenance: Monitor the lobby area to ensure it is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Attitude: A positive, outgoing personality with a strong customer-service focus.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Computer Literacy: Basic proficiency with computers and office software.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects.
