Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment.
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish amenities (soap, shampoo, towels) to guest specifications.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards and report them to the supervisor.
- Follow strict safety and sanitation protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Assist with light laundry duties and organization of storage areas.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests during cleaning rounds and interactions.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or cleaning services is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 20 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Reliable transportation to the Chicago, IL location.
